It's with the panel. BTW a real Airbus 320 "calls out" 500, 300, 200, 100, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, retard, retard and if still flying: 5, retard. For the callouts you hear on the video, try a search on avsim dot com or fltsim dot com search for "altitude callout".
