I recorded my Amaryllis flower with my webcam for a month, taking 1 photo every 13m 20s. It is played back here at 25 frames per second to Liz Phair's song "Flower". This is my first attempt at timelapse photography, so it's not perfect, but not bad.

| Very good for your first time laspe! May I suggest that maybe next time you could try to place a solid color (sheet or posterboard) behind the object you are shooting. The random activity going on in the back was a bit distracting. |

| My cousin has a webcam with motors in two axis. It tracks your face at real time when you move around. But I don't know if that can be used to track a flower in a time lapse filming sesion though because it may be distracted by other things between shots. |
