LOL. Lucky for me I can be totally satisfied listening to nothing but Alice In Chains and Mad Season the rest of my life. Let rap do whatever it wants to. Bottom line is, this song right here is just as relevant now as it was then. And to me, Layne is still here because of songs like this.

At least 90% of what I listen to now is Alice In Chains. The rest is mostly other grunge like Pearl Jam and some Nirvana, as well as Mad Season of course (X-Ray Mind I listen to over and over). Other music is just so far away from me now... If all I could listen to for the rest of my life was AIC, that would be perfectly fine.

He's not dumb, just made a bad choice with drugs. But it was his choice, everybody made mistakes in life. Some addicts have the self-will and supporting people to kick the habit and move on, some can't. Layne wasn't able to, he lost his battle.
