If you were ever around Montague Terrace in 1967 i can say without any lie that this song captures perfectly the seedy, Bohemian feel of that area. -It's cafe's and bars and kept women peering from high windows.
The arrangement is almost Bernard Herrman-like. Full of anticipation.
