This track was on Grant's album "Visions" which was quite lush & pop orientated.
Still some beautiful moments on the album.
It was only released on CD briefly as a VERY expensive Jap Import.
It was only when Stevie Ray Vaughan cited Grant Green as one of his major influences that younger folk started to take heed of this guy...abit too late though.
Grant was unique in that he could go from the simplest, barest of grooves or some cheesy pop ballad to a highly complex George Russell structure like "Ezz-thetics".
One of the most distinctive guitarists that ever lived.
Plus, it was the keyboard player, Scott Storch who sampled this.

Around 1993 this album did come out as a Jap Blue Note CD. "Tower Records" had it. I should've grabbed it although it was expensive.
