Cattle mutilations are done by the government so we will fear aliens. All aliens, STS or STO have to follow Universe rules that prohibit them from harming humans. They can install implants in humans which might not be the most pleasant experience, but you agree to it when you put out "the call" subconsciously for aliens to pick you up for council. No such thing as beening abducted either as aliens must recieve your "call" in order to interact with you.

thanks for answering to dyonisos75 question..but i have to add that us''dark''govt are working with the grays and had an agreement to exchange aliens tech and to let them abduct people but where selected on list..for a time the respect the agreement.but they've ignored the agrement and attacked bovines and other animals and did way more abductions as agreed!!

On a recent trip to DC, I heard a couple of guys talking about something "up there" that's supposed to "blow the damned thing up before it's too close to kill us all." I've often wondered if this is what they're talking about, and perhaps it's a weapon to destroy a potentially destructive asteroid.
