| If countries near Russian Federation can join the NATO then countries near the USA can have military colaboration with the Russia Federation like Honduras, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, Ecuador, Bolivia and possible Brasil. If every country is free to decide it's military alliances then this should not be a problem for the USA or the NATO. |
