Το Σάββατο, "21 Ιουνίου 2006" ο Σαράντης βρήκε πάλι τον παλιό εκείνο εαυτό που όλοι επιθυμούσαμε να βλέπαμε κάποια στιμή την εμφανισή του σε κάποια τηλεοπτική εκπομπή. Έ
χοντας καταφέρει να εκπλήξει τους τηλεθεατές με το μαγικό μπαουλάκι του ( όπου μέσα σ' αυτό υπήρχαν μαγικά αντικείμενα )αλλά και με την αναφορά για το βιβλίο που έχει
γράψει. Αυτή τη φορά λοιπόν, μας επιφήλαξε την μεγαλύτερη έκπληξη: όχι τον ρόλο βέβαια κάποιου τραγουδιστή που πιστεύει στις δυνάμεις του, αλλά ενός νέου συγγραφέα
που αναζητά κάποιον εκδοτικό οίκο για κάποιο από τα πολλά βιβλία που έχει γράψει. Μπορεί μερικοί να περιμένατε να πει και κάποιο τραγούδι προς το τέλος της εκπομπής
αλλά είπαμε, ο Σαράντης ήθελε σ εκείνη την εκπομπή να μας έχει τον ρόλο του συγγραφέα. Ένας άλλος λόγος που πήγε εκεί ο Σαράντης ήταν για να αποδείξη στους τηλεθέατε
ς ότι τα βιβλία του δεν προωθούν τα παιδιά στην λατρεία της μαύρης μαγείας και πως είναι κλασικa παιδικό παραμύθιa με νεράιδες, Ξωτικά, Τέρατα, Δράκους και πολύ περιπ
έτεια. Αν και είναι ένα άτομο χαμηλών τόνων, θέλησε να δεχτεί την πρόσκληση της εκπομπής και μας ταξίδευσε στο τι είναι πραγματικά αυτό το βιβλίο που έχει γράψει μέσ
α από το μαγικα αντικείμενα όπου Ο ίδιος είχε συλλέξει με την φαντασία του βιβλίου του και μας το παρομοίαζε με κάποιο από τα αντικείμενα που έχουν οι προταγωνιστές
στο βιβλίο του. Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μας έκανε το αποξηραμένο πρόσωπο του δέντρου αλλά και η σφαίρα την οποία την χάρισε στον Φίλιππο Καμπούρη ως αναμνηστικό δώρο.
